Laid flat, the waist measures approximately 13.5”; pit-to-pit measures 18”; and length from shoulder to hem is 18.” The material is a stretchy pleated tulle, and the waist tie is adjustable, so the fit/sizing is actually quite flexible — I think this would fit anyone from size XS-M!

mizlart @trinagarry it was made custom from Etsy! It is based off of this dress: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1710017979/mini-wedding-dress-reception-dress-short and I had the atelier make it into a top instead of a dress. You can get an idea of how it falls from the photos on that page. Hope this helps 💗
