@kmcelloplayer14 I guess it depends on how big your thigh is. mine are pretty big, fat and muscle. I'm comfortable for a workout, but I wouldn't choose to wear them all day. I can add a pic of how wide the opening is when laying flat if that helps. the band keeps them from creeping up my thighs when working out
