31 inches long to the shortest area of hem, longer on the sides 3/4 length sleeves 28.5 inches across the chest pit to pit Womans plus size Super stretchy all directions. This fabric has a few bumps scattered on the fabric. They are not noticeable unless you are up close and looking for flaws. They are very tiny. See photo. I would say I can see about 5 of these tiny bumps mostly around the front of this top. I'm discounting this top in light of these flaws. You are purchasing this informed and purchasing as is. I see no other flaws to note.
