Waist is relaxed and forgiving.
No tight bands within the waist panel to prevent muffin top.
No tag, but never worn. They were too long for me with the 33 inch inseam.
This brand was closest to Spanx material in my opinion. Great quality and fit through hips and legs.
The sizing tag left a bit of sticky residue on the pant. Never cleaned it off since I never wore them out.
