THIS BEAUTIFULLY BRIGHT AND COLORFUL SLEEVELESS FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY CYNTHIA ROWLEY, SIZE 8, is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting sleeveless bodice joined to a widely flaring skirt, with a stretchy elastic waistband between them. It features a complex and intricate floral pattern, flowers and foliage in more colors than I can identify or name. It has pockets at hand level on each side seam, is partially lined (bodice only) in lustrous black 100% polyester fabric, and closes with a zipper in back. The outer fabric is a blend of polyester (97%) and spandex (3%), moderately stretchy. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low are recommended. The stated size is 8, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 17.5", stretches to about 19"; waist 14.75", stretches to about 16"; hemline 43"; shoulder 15"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 29".
