Great condition. Unique style with a half bow and a ruffled fabric hanging from both sides of the open front waistband. Beautiful floral print. Fabric is sheer. A horizontal strip of black lace line both edges of the upper front opening. A small band of smocking is on the upper front. This is an open style (no closure.) Short sleeves have a keyhole with a small button. Has slight gathering at the waist line. Neck tag has blue ink on it. See measurements below to ensure fit.
