sfbagardengirl ok, just checked it. 30" waist. Is that too small? it's stretchy fabric, cotton and some kind of blend.

sfbagardengirl OMIGOSH!! I just discovered II MADE A MISTAKE - this skirt HAS NO LABEL. I mixed up the label image with another garment!! If I had to say - I'd say this skirt is probably a brand like Lily Pulitzer or like that.
