Cable & Gauge royal blue quarter sleeve embroidered rayon blouse, L Excellent like new condition, I wore this one time to an event where we were asked to wear blue. The royal blue color is so bright and beautiful, totally pops! Pretty embroidered panel down the middle. Super stretchy rayon fabric. I wear L/XL and this fit perfect. No flaws at all, just a little wrinkled from being stored. Smoke and pet free home. Sleeves are buttoned up but can be worn down for a long sleeve look also.
