Cacharel France Cotton Knee Length Pleated Skirt Small

Beautiful Cacharel 100% cotton skirt Made in France Fully lined Measures approximately 14.5” across waist, 21 3/4” long This skirt is in excellent condition. Cotton is SO soft and shows no wear or staining. Could use a proper dry clean to sort out the pleats. There is one area on the top of one pleat where the threading needs to be tightened up.
