Cacharel Pleated Skirt with Print of Children Playing Soccer

This sweet pleated skirt by Cacharel is made of 100% cotton. It's lined with a navy blue fabric that feels to me like polyester or acetate. The skirt features a blue and white geometric print that looks like the balls that children play with and then has a different print of children kicking and playing with balls (maybe a soccer ball) around the bottom. It has a hidden zipper on the wearer's left side. The skirt is in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. It's labeled a European size 42, but I'd estimate it's ~ a US size 4/6. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you.
