Cacharel V-Neck Dress

Cacharel is a French luxury brand and the label reads FR36 (US Size Small) Top portion is lined. The interior label that would include the fabric content is completely faded (dress may be vintage?) so I can't specify the material but my guess would be 100% cotton (it's relatively thick). Measurements (taken flat): Chest: 16" Waist: 13.5" Hip: 18" Back top of neck to bottom of hem: 40" In excellent condition but with localized signs of wear (see last two photos with three areas circled in blue - one area at the base of the back zipper that needs mending and a couple spots on the front that may require dry cleaning)
