Stunning black silk and flocked velvet burnout cowl/drape neck sheer top with banded hem and sleeves. Comes with snap-in black semi-sheer camisole which can be removed if desired. Hem band is stretchy but not so much the rest of the top. Pls see measurement pic. Excellent condition, wish I had a stock photo of this!
