Cache Daymor Couture Blouse Size 8

This is a vintage Cache Daymor Couture button down blouse that has a built in shirt but doubles as a blazer cardigan. White under shirt that buttons is built in with shiny buttons This is perfect for work or a work event. Their is some staining to the right hand side of the back of the shirt I am not sure what the stain is. I have not tried to stain treat.
