Hi! Are there loose threads on the straps? Also if you had to guess would you say this is closer to a 2 or a 4?

Hi, yes this does have some loose strands on the straps. I’m going to assume just natural Deterioration from hanging a heavier dress for years. Easily fixed or perhaps have it re-strapped. The straps themselves only go around your shoulder so they are about 11in of thin thin material on each. I’m not sure on direct sizing. I have a 27” waist and it fits neatly perfect so maybe 4??
