New without tags the skirt has never been worn. Still has store tag attached but pricing and information is torn off as this was a gift. Cache Gold Metalic Shiny drape mini skirt size Large Skirt has a wide waist band and zips up the back drapes in front with a faux wrap look. fabric is soft and stretchy. I’ve taken close-up photos of a couple of areas to point out. The first is that it has been on a hanger for quite some time and the hanger has left marks on the waistband that would not be seen with a blouse over it, but could also be steamed out possibly. Second is a very tiny dark Dot smaller than the tip of a pen that I noticed upon taking photos along with a tiny piece of thread showing at the base of the zipper zipper still operates. There are no holes.
