The back portion is made of 97% Polyester & 3% Lycra, so it has a stretchy effect to it. This section measures 14.5 inches. The vest is 28 inches around, and the front side is 20.5 inches long from the top of the neck to the bottom. This is super cute & this can be worn alone or with a base layer.
