Cache dress, size 10, fitted and stretch

This dress is empire style, corset like mid section and straight skirting. Worn a few times, always dry cleaned. I had a belt that I wore with it, but can’t find it, (it was not made out of the fabric of the dress) and was not originally sold with the dress. Too tight for me😩
