Cache jeweled blue ombre bubble hem cocktail dress

Cache blue ombre cocktail dress, jeweled piece on ruched bodice, bubble hem. Back zipper with hook and loop closure. Light padding at bust. Fully lined. Size 4 measures approx 15.5" across from armpit to armpit when laid flat and 13" across the waist. 35" long from top of the shoulder to hem. Very good used condition shows some light discoloration/wear on back at top of zipper.
