Cache one shoulder blue mini dress

Gorgeous blue mini dress that is not too tight but definitely fits well. The jeweled embellishment starts at the left shoulder and wraps around the right breast to the rib and up the back. Perfect for a wedding event or a formal cocktail event. Wore one time - dry cleaned so in perfect condition. Tag cut out with size due to itchiness but it is a size zero.
