Cache wide leg dress capris

Stunning pair of Cach’e wide leg capri dress pants They have a gaucho style look but with an upscale dressy touch these are so cute but they do not fit me! Size 0 Waist is 14.5 inches flat across the top Rise is 9inches Inseam is about 19.5 inches Legs of the pants are 11.5 inches flat across Have belt loops and front zipper and double clasp ***There are some small stains 2 on the left leg and 1 on inner right leg see the 2nd to last photo The stains did not come out in the wash my next step was going to be to use a black Rit fabric dye I will not and save the pants for someone that knows how lol as pictured***
