Cacique by Lane Bryant hot pink and black sexy chemise babydoll. Lace bust, adjustable satiny straps, and mesh. The bow is adorable! Size is probably an 18/20 but I cut out the tag. Tried it on today and it fits a 46" bust nicely. I believe this was part of the Seriously Sexy collection ;-)

quniverse @kruse89 I just looked up their current size chart, it fits just right or a bit snug at 46" so this is probably actually an 18/20

quniverse @kruse89 I added a pic of the size chart. I wore a 40D bra when I tried on and measured. so maybe my estimate of 48" for you is wrong, sorry. hope this info is helpful!
