perfectpicks876 (Part 1) Good evening, I wanted to reach out & put u in the loop. There seems to be a problem with the post office & ur package. I dropped off 7 packages inside the post office on Monday, including yours. The other 6 started tracking that night but the next day (Tuesday), I got an email from Posh reminding me to ship your plant. I thought that was strange since I personally brought it to the post office.

perfectpicks876 (Part 2) I checked the boxes in the reminder to indicate that it’s been packaged & shipped. However, today it’s still saying “pending shipping scan.” I reached out to the post office but it’s an automated nightmare due to COVID 19. I’m going there tomorrow morning to get to the bottom of this. I also notified Poshmark but they haven’t responded yet.

perfectpicks876 (Part 3) This has never happened in my time on Posh. I am very sorry for this delay & inconvenience. I hope they are able to locate & ship the plant ASAP. Thankfully, it’s a hardy plant & I did ship all 3 sections with a bag of soil. In the event, the plant isn’t found or arrives damaged due to this shipping mishap, I am positive Posh will refund you. I will keep you posted as to what I find out.

perfectpicks876 1) Good evening, I want to give you an update. I went to the post office & spoke to a manager. She said it’s “impossible” that the package is there because they do a double sweep every night to look for stray packages. She said it may have been sent to the distribution center in Ybor City (near Tampa). The manager didn’t give me a plausible explanation as to how a package that wasn’t scanned at the first location (hers) could be sent to the next.

perfectpicks876 2) When I pressed her, she literally said, “I don’t know, maybe the clerk sneezed and missed it.” She goes on to say the label (which I put 3 wide commercial grade pieces of tape over to form a seal) may have fallen off. If that was the case, by now the package maybe in the lost mail center in Atlanta, Georgia, she stated. Then she adds that Hallmark movies have been made about missing mail. I only bother to share the minutiae because you’re not only a buyer but a seller.

perfectpicks876 3) I hope this never happens with one of your sales. Anyway, I was advised to do a missing mail search on usps.com & she would do the same. If they find out anything someone will give me a call. The website says that you can’t file a priority mail claim till after 15 days have passed. I want to apologize again that this has happened with your order.

perfectpicks876 At this point, I think the best thing to do is to cancel the order since I have no way of knowing if this package is ever going to be found. I also wouldn’t want you to receive a damaged or dead plant. Unfortunately, I don’t have another rooted 3 paddle prickly pear, at this time. I am learning things happen when you have a business. I am trying to be positive & think of it as lessons learned.
