j_kruckenberg @spthinksthat on their website it said true to size. I had a preemie baby with acid reflux so I got it when she was 4months old (about 10lbs) and she wore it until 6/7 months old (almost 14lbs). She probably could’ve worn it longer but it was fall by then.
