It’s a dark charcoal gray cotton, lightweight, a great beach dress. Made in India. It has a gathered smocking in the back which gives it volume, weight, and movement. Swingy, not fitted, slightly higher in front than the back. V neck, sleeveless. Hits me about knee length, 36” long, 16” across chest
