csnoorani @kittyangel26 hi love! Apologize for my delay! Underarm to underarm across the bust is 24 inches. Mid arm to mid arm seam across the upper chest right over the first button is 17 inches. This jacket is very roomy again w/ elastic give across the back. In my opinion this is a fit of a M/L if this gives you better idea. Hope this helps.
