California Charmer Polka-dot Babydoll dress

Beautiful vintage babydoll dress by California Charmer! Navy blue with white polka-dots, so cute and stylish! Back zipper with a hook and eye closure at the top. The body of the dress is fully lined, and the sleeves are unlined and translucent. There are loose threads inside, but the dress is in great and wearable condition. The one hole by the zipper (see pictures) can't really be seen when the dress is zipped up. No material or size tag, feels like a synthetic and fits around a 6. Might not work if you're much past a D cup.
