Californian Black ruched Sequin dress

Bought at a beautiful shop in Napa, wore once, no tags, sewn by the owner. The ruching flows to the right waist area were there are some beads and sequins making a beautifully elegant diamond shape. Since it was made in the shop there are two or three strings on the inside, barely noticeable.
