Great Condition! Cute easy pull-on cotton/modal knit skirt in black with elasticized waistband and decorative hem. A-line style with 4 rows of a loop design applique hem measuring approx 5.25" wide. Hangs beautifully. Quality knit of 53% cotton, 47% modal, so has some stretch and is washable. Waist measures 28" unstretched. 23.5" length. Excellent condition as worn only once.
