This shirt is so feminine and beautiful! It's not really a peplum top, but I didn't know how to describe the waist tie. You can make it more or less fitted. Button up, cotton eyelet, floral pink. Calvin Klein XS, very good used condition, soft. Small dark mark on the tag. Fits more like small. Great on those hot, humid days!
