Excellent used condition. Gray and white striped dress with empire waist, balloon sleeves, and tiered flouncy hem. Front bodice is a wrap style. Ties at the waist to cinch with zipper at back. Size 14 but flowy if you want a slightly oversized look on a 10-14.. Size 16 is a little more curve hugging.
