@works4you Hi Mary, I am posting some measurement pics. But to answer your question.
pit 2 pit - 19 inches flat (38 inches)
waist - 17 inches flat (34 inches)
I would say the stretch is about 30%. It has very good stretch but doesn't sag or bag very nice closely woven knit fabric.
