Based on the original price point, I do not believe this bag is real leather or suede, most likely faux leather on one side and faux suede on the reverse side. I am unable to find specific details from Calvin Klein since this bag is a few years old (although it is new). I have seen this same tote style (different color) listed on sites as real leather and suede and other sites list it as faux.
