gsoerg @thedressonjess hi! I believe they are glued on since a few came off on the one side and I don’t see any stitching. Hope that helps!

gsoerg @thedressonjess ohh my gosh I am so so so sorry I completely forgot to measure this dress for you I am the worst!!! I just measured and shoulder to hem is 36 inches and hip (it’s basically straight across the whole way down) is about 16 inches flat. I hope that helps and please let me know if you’re interested!
