Calvin Klein Sweater Dress Size XL

Cream and black Calvin Klein sweater dress with a banded waist and waffle knit. I bought it in NYC and when I got it home I didn't like it on me anymore so I couldn't return it. It had a XL tag on it but I cut it out because it was scratching my neck the ONE time that I wore it! It measures about 20 inches flat and is not very stretchy so don't count on extra stretch because it is a sweater dress. I feel like it runs small and really feels like a Large to me.
