Has *very thin* belt loops - inside the loops is about a quarter inch. I got a belt to go with it but alas, although the belt itself is small enough, the buckle is just a bit too large to fit. I think a ribbon would be better suited. Chest 38"" but no shoulder seam so there's a bit of extra room waist 28"" hip 38"
