NWOT-this dress is so cute! Polyester blend so has some stretch. It is fitted with princess seams but the material makes it super comfy! Black and white polka dot with exposed zipper in back. Sleeves have cute pleats that give good shape but not like shoulder pads!! 38.5” long 18” pit to pit
