This skirt is really quite amazing and completely sold out online at an MSRP of $495. The leather is Italian stretched and so smooth and the pleated chiffon has an amazing flow and movement. Buckle at top has three holes and they show minimal wear. This is a completely sheer skirt so you would need to layer underneath. Waist: 14 1/4" Length: 23 1/4"
