@jensysparkles You're welcome! I love it but unfortunately can't afford it. I'm sure you'll sell it soon. I found that my sales went up once I started doing all my pics at an angle. I guess it catches their eye more. Plus getting a mannequin helps. You can just get one of those hanging ones for $20 on Ebay. I got lucky and got my big mannequin for $20 when a store went out of business. You can watch your local yard sale sites on FB for one or do a post on there and Craigslist that you're looking for one, if you're even interested. People just want to get an idea of what it looks like on. Having a sale and advertising it helps a lot! If you have one, tag me in it. I'll tag more people. Last thing...using natural light (outdoors or near a big window) makes all the difference. Good luck selling! ☺

@mswanson502 thank you for the tips!! It is def hard to photograph stuff on me now that I am almost 6 months pregnant haha won't exactly hang perfectly. So I like your thoughts a lot -- thank you! I am excited to get started and will definitely keep all that in mind and redo some of my pics next week when I'm back home (on a mini vacay now). Re sales yes, will consider -- for now, since my stuff is priced pretty low to begin with and I'm negotiable on everything, I might hold off -- but good to know for future!! And this and all other items in the closet can be bundled at discount and/or negotiated down. Xoxox

@jensysparkles Best thing I can tell you is that when she won't stop crying and you're about to lose it, put her in her bed and go to the other side of the house or outside, and it will happen! No baby has ever cried themselves to death. I had two with colic. My dr told me to do that. It does your baby no good to have a stressed out mother trying to calm the baby down. It makes it worse. They feel your stress. Let her cry so you can take a shower. Make sure you and your husband set date nights regularly. Marriages suffer greatly when you both stay stressed out. You need dates to rekindle your relationship. You'll be exhausted, but in the long run, it will make a difference. Also, if you don't immediately bond with your baby, it's ok. It will happen. If you're feeling depressed and it even crosses your mind that you wanna hurt her, call your doctor. I had that with my 1st child. I didn't say anything because I was ashamed. It went on 2 yrs, and I became suicidal. If I would have said something they could have fixed it with meds. Sorry for all the unwanted advice. I just don't want anyone else to go through untreated post-partum depression like I did. Always speak up!! Most women don't have these problems. If you wanna resist this dress go ahead, lol.

@jensysparkles I sent this to someone earlier that asked me how to get more sales. I thought I'd show it to you also. Ignore the parts specific to her. You may wanna create a listing for us to communicate, lol. Just do a Meet the Seller listing. ☺
Yes! Most of your pics are pretty good. There were a couple that were a little hard to see due to the sunlight. I try to do mine in the morning or late evening due to the sun. You just need to figure out when the lighting is best for you. Also, I just found an app called Timer Camera that let's u use a timer so you don't need a mirror. It makes for better pick. You want them to be clear. Always try to take your pics with the same background because it just looks neater in your closet. Also, don't use photos that have distraction like the ones with your hanging pics. Otherwise the pics are fine. I'm guilty of it too. When you're able get a mannequin for items you can't model. You can get a hanging one for $19 on Ebay and hang it on a white door with good lighting. It not, use a plain white sheet or blanket as the backdrop.
Your prices are great! It helped me TRMENDOUSLY when I had my contest where everyone that shares is entered into a drawing for 75% off one item. I shared it like crazy! I also just about always have a BOGO 1/2 OFF contest. It cuts your profits, but it's been worth it for me.
You need to share your entire closet at least twice per day. At night share it to whatever party is going on. Just make sure you only share ones that are appropriate for that party. Share the rest to your followers. Also, put your nicest items st the top of your closet. It's a turnoff to see only cheap items when entering a closet, to most buyers.
Add some interest to your listings. Download A Beautiful Mess or Pixlr Express or Phonto. Add wording, a border, etc, but don't make it too gawdy. I prefer just words.
I tilt all my pics a little to add interet. I see u have done that on some. Try to do them all that way. It looks neater. The more consistent the better.
You need more followers! Go into the parties, then showrooms, and click on Host Picks. Try to congratulate each one and share their item and add them. Most, but not all, his picks are members with more followers. If you share their stuff, they'll usually return the favor which gets your items out to thousands of new people. Many members have posts in their closets about "Get More Followers" I have one in my closet, but it's new. Look for those! Like the listing and click on the number that shows how many people have liked it. Then click follow on each one to add them. They'll usually end up adding you back. The best way to get people to follow you back is to share a few things from their closet. ALWAYS return each share you get. If someone shares 5 items from my closet, I usually do 6 back.
Strike up conversations with people. Asked to be added to tagging lists so that you'll be notified if a contest, sale or Followers List comes up, if you want. You may also be notified when someone is hosting a party. Try to congratulate that person so that maybe they'll pick an items from your closet for a host pick for the party they're hosting. If you want, I'll add you to my tagging list and ask others to add you to theirs. Keep in mind that mass tagging is really not allowed on Posh. Most of us only do it on certain posts. You don't wanna mass tag on someone's clothing listing for sure.
