ktomles @nannercake I totally understand. Hopefully, this helps: overall length is about 29"; armpit to armpit about 18". ( I usually wear a small or a 2-4 in blouses.). I don't happen to have a "lowest" in mind, please feel free to make an offer. Thank you!
