Camel asymmetrical skirt

Condition: excellent, tried on but never worn Info: Forever 21 camel-colored satin asymmetrical skirt with ruching on both sides. The longer side has a tie. Side zip closure. 96% polyester 4% spandex. Waist approx 14". Story: Purchased from Forever 21 but never had a good occasion to wear this. The ruching makes this difficult to measure, but I tried this on high-waisted, and the longer side was maxi length and came to about my ankle. The shorter side was midi length. For reference, I'm 5'4". So it fit longer on me than it did the model (see last pic).
