This designer ring is 18 karat white gold and it is made in sections on steel cable so it stretches on steel cable from size 6 to 7 Italian designer Di Luca , who is famous for cameos that are unique and high fashion jewelry.There are tiny diamonds on 2 rows surrounding center cameo carving. The shank of ring as it is shiny ,is scratched , but can be polished if it is bothersome, as shiny finishes do scratch . It is a signed piece .this was reduced once already and a great buy!.the shank stretches and expands …think steel or titanium. Fits my size 7finger perfectly. sold as is

cheekbones @nybor1108 Hi Robin, I just got home and have a ring sizer that is 8.5 and my Middle finger is 8.5 and it does work for the size 8.5. . Lol I actually love it on this finger....I will post another picture,so you can see that it will fit😃. cheekbones @nybor1108 Hard to explain....In Italy, many designers put 18 K on steel cable so that it can accommodate different sizes.....with no sizing bar.....in summer fingers swell and winter fingers shrink...Many bracelets are made this way....You do not see unless you stretch it over the size they recommend. ....this was the case with this as recommended up to size 7- possibly 7.5.. Hope this helps answer any confusion .

You can try to look up this Italian Designer on web....He is very famous in Italy and I have all brochures , but if you stretch to 8.5 ,it will fit ,but you wail have a space....you can see in last pic on right side....I was so excited it fit ,I did not look between fingers initially. Feel badly as it is so unique and would love it to go to someone who appreciates fine workmanship and unique pieces,as you can see in my closet....😢
