Camilla parrot print embellished mini dress

Gorgeous Camilla piece with printed parrots and colorful sequin embellishments throughout. Such a great dress for a tropical vacation and can also be used as a swim cover up. I don’t see a size tag either but I think this would best fit a small or medium. PTP: 17” Length: 31” There are a few white spots- see last two photos- you might be able to clean it, I didn’t try to because it’s not really visible when worn. Offers welcome!
