Vest: 4 tabs on front. These are not pockets. Vest has velcro tabs on the sides for some adjustment and easy on and off. This vest feels quilted, nicely made. APX: Bust/ Chest: 17" across Shoulder to hem: 16" Jumpsuit: one sleeve has a flag emblem; and the other sleeve says ARMY. Velcros at back neck.
