Canal size 4/6 black mini dress

Canal black elastic waist mini dress with cap sleeves. Does not have size tag. I would say it's a 4/6. shoulder to hem 35 inches elastic waist is 10 1/2 when just hanging and 17 inches when pulled out. 14 1/2 across chest
