ashg2014 So my husband's suit is a 42R but he had it taken in several inches recently bc he was 40+ lbs heavier when he wore a 42R. Is the L on the 40L for length? My husband is only 5'9 so he's a lot shorter than yours lol! If it can be altered that wouldn't be a problem we've got a good tailor!

loisdeo @ashg2014 ha, I love all the posh action! :) I just spoke to my husband and he says that he doesn't think this suit wouldn't work for a 5'9 - he explained it's a really long suit...you can kind of see that in the last photo ☹️ sorry about that! Feel free to check with your tailor to make sure!

loisdeo @ldvoss13 sorry for the delay! My husband says he believes these have been designed for a 31.5' waist but would fit a 32 comfortably and could go down to a 30' waist with a belt. The trousers are for a 34.5 leg but obviously could be easily shortened.
