Navy blue formal dress. It has spaghetti straps and from the waist up it's lace and sequins. It has a long navy blue ribbon as a belt. The skirt is long and almost reaches the floor as you can see in one of the pictures where my daughter is wearing it. She was 5'5" there. The skirt is chiffon and the dress is fully lined. She wore it one time to a military ball and then we put it in a bag in the closet. The size says it's a Petite Large, but it's stretchy material that you pull over your head, or I guess you could step into it as well. My daughter was only a size 8 when she wore it.
