Candi Jones Vintage 80's Floral Ruffled Vibrant Short Sleeve Midi Dress Sz 9/10

Brand:  Candi Jones California Style: Floral short sleeved midi dress.  Wraps across bodice and skirt.  V-neck.  Top of V is secured with a snap, and top of skirt wrap is secured with 2 buttons.  Shoulder pads.  Ruffled flutter sleeves.  Waistband has some elastic smocking in back.  Skirt is fuller and midi length.  Pockets at waist.  No lining, but fabric is opaque and not see-through.  100% Polyester.  Made in USA.  Hand Wash or Dry Clean Only.     Color:  Black with Blue and Pink Flowers Size: 9/10 (Vintage).  See Measurements Below Condition:  Preowned, excellent.  No signs of any wear and tear including wash wear, fading, rips, holes, stains, etc.   This was my mother's church dress in the 1980's  Floral and flowy, great condition.
