Candies Dress Navy and Flowers

So sweet floral on navy blue background dress. I tried to get the picture to show more navy blue but in some pics it's coming up as black. This dress has a built in bra so flattering to your figure! In very good condition never worn. 13" waist laying flat 26" long 34" bust
