Candie's Party Dress pearls birthday black

This was my birthday dress a few years ago. The top is stretchy soft fabric while the bottom is thicker material. The mid-section fits perfectly just above the hips and is stretchy elastic band. Adorable black silky-like ribbon ties to a bow for a sweet back neck detail! This comes with the necklace and I can throw in a matching pearl/bow headband to match! Looks super cute with black leggings and is very comfy! Worn and washed one time!
