This red, short-sleeve Candie's Lace Ruffle Trim V-Neck Blouse is in very good used condition and was only worn a couple times. Lace detail on upper chest and back as well as flirty ruffle trim. Fabric has a small defect on the front (see photos), but it's not very noticeable. 97% polyester, 3% Spandex. Measurements (taken with garment flat): Bust: 18 in. Bottom Opening: 18.5 in.
